- После выбора тарифа (в случае, если тариф платный) пользователь авторизуется под аккаунтом, с помощью которого будет работать с Firework.
- Пользователь переходит на страницу оплаты.
- Пользователь оплачивает выбранный тариф через интернет-сервис Payture, посредством банковской карты.
- Пользователь вводит реквизиты банковской карты.
- После оплаты выбранный тариф подключается к аккаунту пользователя.
- Пользователь авторизуется в приложении Firework под своим аккаунтом, получая доступ к расширенной версии.
- При выборе тарифа с периодической оплатой у пользователя подключается подписка на расширенную версию, что означает автоматическое списание платежа с банковской карты пользователя.
- Списание платежа производится в тот же день месяца/года, когда был совершён первоначальный заказ.
- Стоимость услуг для пользователя указана на странице «Тарифы».
- В случае, если на персональном балансе пользователя на день оплаты недостаточно средств для оплаты тарифа с автопродлением за следующий месяц, действие расширенной версии прекращается со дня, следующего за последним днем оплаченного периода. При этом, денежные средства за продление на новый период могут быть списаны с персонального баланса пользователя в течение 14 (четырнадцати) дней с даты прекращения действия расширенной версии.
- В случае, если пользователь оплатил расширенный тариф по ошибке или его не удовлетворили свойства тарифа, необходимо обратиться на электронный почтовый ящик support@startpack.ru для возврата средств и отмены подписки.
- В случае, если пользователь перестал платить или отказывается от расширенной версии, то аккаунт пользователя переводится на бесплатный тариф.

- When choosing a tariff with periodic payment, the user is subscribed to an extended version, which means an automatic debiting of the payment from the user's bank card.
- The charge is debited on the same day of the month / year when the original order was made.
- The cost of services for the user is indicated on the page "Tariffs".
- In the event that there is not enough money on the user's personal balance on the payment date to pay for the tariff with auto-renewal for the next month, the extended version is terminated from the day following the last day of the paid period. At the same time, the funds for renewal for a new period can be written off from the personal balance of the user within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of termination of the extended version.
- In case the user paid for the extended tariff by mistake or was not satisfied with the tariff properties, he must contact to support@startpack.ru to return the funds and cancel the subscription.
- In the event that a user stops paying or refuses an extended version, the user's account is transferred to a free tariff.
